As an Aha! user, I want to sign up to receive notifications for any feature/idea mapped to a certain tag

Currently, we have a group of users that has to filter ideas or features based on certain tags that pertain to them, and manually choose to "watch" those ideas/features. If they fail to do this manual setup, then they miss out on changes that they may need to take action on.

It would be fantastic if, in notification settings, each user could see a list of tags used within their products, and choose to opt in for all ideas/features  that align to that tag. This would provide them with automatic updates for changes made to the ideas or features near and dear to their hearts.
