Keep Feature names in view when roadmap is zoomed in to a specific timeframe Merged

Currently  Master Feature names are fixed to the left of the Master feature timeline bar on a roadmap. This poses an issue when zooming to a specific time frame period, as the set feature start date is prior to that time frame period. 

It will be useful to have  Master Feature name stay in view as you zoom, so you are still able to distinguish between the Master Feature bars and what they represent on your roadmap. 

The benefit of this is great especially if you are doing team planning against a sprint, Monthly planning or quarterly planning. All users will be able to clearly distinguish each bar as shown on the example below.
