Do not check a Phase as complete until all associated records are in a "done" status

Currently, when all To-Do's on a Release Phase are complete, Aha! adds a check next to the Phase & considers it done- even if there are still related Features & Requirements in an open status. This provides an incorrect view of current status. 

The Phase shouldn't get a check until all technical (features & stories) and non-technical (to-do's) are in a done status.

    Great news! It is now possible to track progress on goals, initiatives, releases, release phases, master features, and features. The percent completed can be entered manually or automatically calculated based on related records and can be visualized using progress bars on roadmaps.
