Broken Atlassian Webhook

Escalating this issue again here as it's now been moved to Atlassian's Long-Term Backlog & is critical to the adoption of Aha! at my company (as in people want us to go back to just JIRA bc syncing is so bad & data is out of date). 

Unless a Story created in JIRA is linked to an Epic when it is created it doesn't get sent to Aha!. That means the webhook doesn't fire to Aha! if the Epic Link is added after. The webhook may pick it up if another field that syncs is integrated but then the record still doesn't sync automatically into Aha! - only into the Integrations Update module, which required approval & manual syncing. 

This takes away valued resources & is typically forgotten leading to out of date information. Additionally, PMs might not be aware Eng are making Stories so don't regularly check Integrations Updates & now don't realize the systems are incorrect.
