define order of keywords in the configuration

Define order of tag’s/keywords in the configuration and adapt this order in all views

Currently keywords of various tag field types are displayed in alphabetical order. I would like sort taxonomical items in a custom order, to archive a clustering of related tags instead of a mixture.

We use tag fields to indicate different intentions on a specific feature, to be able to quickly sort, search and see the fine grain work items for many features immediately. we use a colour code to differentiate between tasks appearing in different statues. I want tasks of one status or context appear after each other. Therefore I want to define the order in the field configurations. That provides a cleaner and more easy to read UI.
