Integrations - Import to a defined release Merged

As an integration user with integration with TFS and AzureDevOps it would benefit me to have the ability to assign all imported items to a default release for imports. The systems I am importing from do not do releases so I cannot match the iterations to the release since iterations don't exist in the originating system as a result I have to have an open release that is purposefully on the far left of my active release board to capture these imported User Stories.

If I can default and say all imports go to Release "Backlog" under my product, that would enable me to house it in the parking lot and not have to worry about it showing as an active release on the board and keeps things organized.
