Ability to hide filter section on a report to view full report on various sized screens Merged

Currently, when you have a more than 3-5 filter settings on a report the filter settings push the report view down and the full report cannot be seen in one view ESPECIALLY on smaller screens (i.e. laptops). To see a larger portion of the report with multiple filter setting options I have to show it on a large screen and make full size. 

I would like the ability to set multiple filter options and be able to hide that view once selections are chosen to view the full report and show again when I want to change. The point is to always be able to see as much of the report as possible on one screen when multiple filters are available
