Allow a release date to be dependent on a phase Merged

It would be great if I could make the release date dependent on a phase. That way, if the development phase takes longer, the release date would get pushed out automatically.

We have many small releases at my company, and I need to be able to see how pushing out one release affects all subsequent releases.
