Improve requirements grooming in a feature. Merged

We roll up feature story points from requirements estimates.   The story points are linked to JIRA so are updated by teams over time.   This works great, but you have to expand the requirement in Aha! to see the individual requirement estimates which is "clunky".   Product Owners want an easy way to prune the requirements by seeing a quick view of the requirement title and story point effort estimate.    If you displayed the story points next to the title of the requirement in the feature it would make this easier.  In addition, currently you include the story points associated with requirements marked as do not implement in the feature story point roll up.  This prevents you from quickly turning requirements on and off to bring a release under the planned story point capacity.
