With UserVoice, we were able to add an NPS rating question to our submit forms, so while gathering feedback for improvements, we were also getting a general understanding with our customers' satisfaction levels. Would love to see this replicated in Aha! It's not exactly business critical, but is something we highly valued with UserVoice.
