Option to pull All comments or only comments after integration
As a developer it helps to see additional details and comments left by our operations so we can more fully understand what is going on with the ticket. Some times pertinent information is left there as opposed to putting the into the description, in some instances due to permissions to make changes to these fields.

We really need all the historcal comments (from AHA to other system or other system to AHA) to be rbough over after the integration. The point is to gather information, not exclude information when we develop new things.
Agreeing with Pete, it is very frustrating to not have historical comments on open features pull over. It means we as members of the product team may be missing out on necessary context unless we explicitly cross-reference the record in the integration associated with the Aha! record. It would be much better to have all this in a single location.
As a PM, this is very frustrating to have to manually copy over various comments on features, requirements, etc. We use comments pretty extensively, and to not even have the option to copy them over is very frustrating and creates a lot of unnecessary work.
Same here. I did not understand this, and thus have a huge amount of labor now to manually copy comments from Aha over to JIRA. I understand the rationale for making this optional - or even the default setting to not synch comments prior - but it makes no sense for it not to be possible.
Agreed! When estimating Ideas in Aha, all information pertinent to the development of the idea is added as a Private Comment in Aha. These comments are then manually copied to the Feature when the Idea is promoted. Then when the Feature is pushed to JIRA, I have to manually add the comments to the JIRA issue. An option to include these as part of the initial push to JIRA would be a huge time-saver!
