Option to Display Fiscal Weeks in Reports instead of Calendar days, especially for Roadmap reports. Merged

My company operates exclusively on Fiscal Weeks (e.g. FW25, or FW47'17).  What the actual calendar date is is irrelevant.  Currently the roadmap report shows the day of the month for Sunday as the week indicator when viewing at a resolution of weeks.  This is meaningless here.  The months above are good for reference, but the numbers need to be the Fiscal Week number.  Ideally "FWxx" if room, but just "xx" would be sufficient as the numbers across the top would increment from 1 in January to 52 (or 53) in December (or adjusted if your Fiscal Year is not the same as the Calendar Year).  If looking at individual days, it would be .1 for Monday through .7 for Sunday.  (e.g. FW29.4 is today, July 19th, 2018, a Thursday).   While this is desperately needed for the roadmap reports, I could see it applying across Aha, including when configuring any date in the system.
