Using a release template should ignore non-workdays Merged

When creating a release template, the duration in days is defined, but when adding a release using the template to the release schedule, the duration includes non-workdays (weekends). There should be a setting to define non-work days so that Release schedules will ignore those days as if they didn't exist.
