Duplicate with status mirroring (duplicate not clone) Merged

I need to show the same feature in a number of releases.  The only way to do this in Aha (confirmed with support) is to create a new feature in each release and link them as duplicates.  The problem is that the duplicate feature is just a hyperlink.  I need status and tags to be linked so that when the primary record is updated this updates all features marked as duplicate.  Without this there is a high risk of human error.  

As noted in the title, this is different from the use case scenario requested by other users to create a copy of a feature (cloning) but that the new copy is then a separate feature
