Allow User to select Release for new Import Candidates in Integrations 2.0 Merged

Our company uses different fields for Aha Release than the Jira Fix Version, so when new candidates appear in the Import Queue in Aha, we need the ability to be able to pick and assign a Release for the record(s) upon import. 

If no release is assigned for the record, we understand it is imported to the left-most active release on the Feature Board, but it would be better for us to be able to assign the desired release (or minimally put it in the Parking Lot) rather than placing in an active release.
