Automatically Archive Ideas

It would be very useful to set a time frame and threshold on ideas, after which period the idea becomes archived automatically (or does not show in the portal). I found this similar suggestions but it's not quite the same https://big.ideas.aha.io/ideas/APP-I-2528.

My thought is

Ideas requires X votes in Y days/weeks to be considered, where X & Y are applied to all ideas by default.

Automatic archival could simply set the 'not visible in portal flag' automatically. This would save a lot of time reviewing ideas which customers deem low value, but they would still be available for review through Aha admin etc.

Thank you for your idea. One way to handle this with minimal overhead would be to create an ideas list using the created on and votes filters to identify ideas which do not meet your criteria for remaining visible in the portal. You could then use bulk edit to update the visibility for all ideas at once.
Given the capabilities above, we are unlikely to implement an automatic archival option. We hope you can understand.
