Bi-directional Github sync for comments Merged

Once a feature has been pushed to Github we often end up with two separate comment threads growing on each side of the interface.  We could collaborate much more effectively if the integration kept the comments synced so users could see the whole conversation from both tools and raise new comments from either tool.
