Add clear UX on how to "complete" tasks in the portal Merged

 It is completely not obvious on how to mark something complete on the web portal when you are in the document.  I thin you just check the box below the "to-dos" but from a new user perspective, not clear. Or said another way, its completely obvious after you figure it out but when you are staring at it for the first time, it is not.
