Currently we have several different instances of SFDC across the global selling segments and would like to standardize a way to enter RFE’s into the system. Our position is that it must start with SFDC given the connection to revenue opportunity that the enhancement requests would have. We need to have a single, or aggregated, instance of Aha! connect to multiple SFDC instances to reduce the chance of redundant requests while also streamlining our product management interactions with a single Aha! instance. We will have multiple SFDC instances for the foreseeable future.
