Ability to Track Outgoing Emails

It'd be really great to be able to see all outgoing emails that are sent along with a delivery/viewed status. 

This would allow us to better support our customers by seeing/ensuring they receive our notifications and in allowing us to audit exactly what emails have been sent from Aha! to our customers.

    Thank you for your idea. It is currently possible to view a list of subscribers for an idea. This would provide insight into which portal users will receive updates. This article provides more detail on how notifications are sent to portal users. This does not provide the ability to see the viewed status, but it will hopefully help with understanding who will receive notifications and when.

    At this time due to the added complexity we are unlikely to implement tracking in this area. We hope you can understand.

    Or, even the ability to setup an account to be BCC'ed on all outgoing emails so that we could go there to at least see which emails have been sent.
