Measure the success of your releases vs unfinished work Merged

have a question / request from you:

For my business it is highly important to evaluate / measure the success of releases. I would like to understand the success rate of my planned relases or able to see the carry over items from previous releases. Another point could be to evaluate a success rate per release.

A use case:
I have 10 features that I planned. 5 Medium sized, 5 Large Sized.
I could only finish 5 from those features, and remaining 5 will be moved to next Release.
At a time, I would like to see the success of my release and learn that I could only succeed 50% ( or even better breakdown depending on the size of feature)

Can I do that , please assist

This is imporant because: On top of measuring the success of product, I also would like to measure the success of my deliveries.
