Create whiteboards in the idea portal

We have a setup where all our employees and partners can access the idea portal to supply us with ideas. It would make the process much smoother if they could create mockups directly. Now they have to take a screen shot, edit it in some tool, upload it as a image in the idea portal. Then we (product managers) have to download image, then paste it in a mockup before we start edit it.
