Ability to lock feature board Merged

We have a platform product and our team is organized based on function. This means that a product manager and a release manager would have the permissions in Aha! at the product level. Occasionally, release managers will accidentally move a feature from one release to another. Unfortunately, there's no undo option, and it's hard for the release manager to know what he moved and to where. As such, we need the ability to lock the features board so as to protect it in scenarios like this.
