Enhance JIRA Integration Controls

The current JIRA integration Updates feature has limited control capabilities.  You can select or ignore items to bring into  Aha!  The problem is that if you "ignore" a card, it doesn't stick, so any update to the card in Jira mandates that you ignore it or accept it again.  When you have multiple integrations, this become onerous to manage.  It would be nice to have more features where your decision can "stick" so that you don't have to re-decision it.  Additionally, it would be nice to have some filter options so that you can actual limit or turn-off the notification feature entirely.
