Ability to add a clickable link for custom fields
When I add a custom field it would be helpful to be able to do one of the following:
- add help text / description (this is how it works today)
- add a link to help text (this is the request) - what we need users to enter is complicated and the "how to" is already documented on our wiki. It is too much content to put in the description plus it is updated periodically, so what I pasted would soon get out of sync.

I don't understand why this needs to be a new feature. The tool allows for adding links to the description for custom fields but they do not render as links or otherwise allow them to be clickable when presented in the tool. This seems like a bug but either way there is a need be a way to provide additional context or explanation for form fields and linking to something in the tool would be helpful. A link in the field name or description to link to content would accomplish the same thing
