Update Ideas portal branding via API

We would like to continuously deploy the CSS and HTML of the public Ideas portal from our CI system, via the API. Right now looks like that is not possible, the only workaround being reverse-engineering the form.

    Thank you for your idea. It is currently possible to customize the idea portal HTML and CSS but not through the API. This is not currently planned on our roadmap but we will continue to monitor customer feedback.

    APIs for this and all other Ideas Portals functionality would be needed for my use case.
