Provide ability to calculate time between status options Merged

It would be helpful to be able to caculate the amount of time between statuses (for ideas, features, releases, etc.). For example, how long a feature was "Under Consideration" before the status changed to "In Design" or "Ready to develop", etc. This will help with measuring different parts of our workflow processes.
