PDF Column Headers and Pagination Fix

When a notebook is exported to PDF if the lenght of a column is bigger than one PDF page it wraps to a another page. When the page wrap occurs the column headers do not appear on the additional page. Correct the PDF export such that when a page wraps that the column headers are repeated on subsequent pages.
