Export to presentation - current view vs. saved view

When exporting to presentation, only the saved version of a report will export. In some cases users have been manipulating a saved report and then decide to export, thinking that the current version of the report is what will be exported.

Can we receive a notification that we need to update the saved view or save to a different view before exporting so that what shows up in the presentation matches what we are expecting to see?
