Last Change / Update date user report Merged

As an administrator of a big user base, I need a user report that tells me when was the last time a user (list of users) did a CHANGE or UPDATE to Aha. Today you have a report that shows the last activity date for our user base, BUT last activity can be as simple as LOGIN only. We need to be able to also know when was the last time people made changes, not only login.
