Idea categories should be able to be "featured"
Idea categories, like ideas, sometimes have a higher priority than others. Idea categories are currently sorted alphabetically. We think that certain categories should be able to be "featured" so that they can be hoisted to the top of the list.

Fully support this... we have just created an additional basic ideas portal for our Channel Partners and the category headings mean that the final category we want to show in the list "Other" appears at the top because O is the earliest alpha charachter out of all the category headings... how mad does that look to the user... it makes us look incompetent and like we have just not arranged the list correctly. Really bad and surely a simple fix. Please implement!
