ad-hoc Markers in roadmap reports and timelines Merged

I'd like to be able to place "markers", or flags for an event on a timeline or roadmap, that may not be tied to a phase or other Aha entity. Like if there's a deadline, or a tangential release of something, that would add context and flavor.

You can do this super-manually by exporting into PDF and then editing in some other tool, but come on. That's not loveable.

Call out a major deadline visually in Reports

We have a custom report set up and want to have a prominent line draw vertically down through our various work streams to call out a major milestone date. Would be great if there is a Reports feature to allow us to draw this line.
