The system currently allows multiple accounts with the same email address. We are using SSO, so I'm not sure if this is unique to SSO integrations. Multiple accounts with the same email address should not be allowed.
Thank you for your idea. There are some situations where multiple accounts are needed per email address. For example, if a company has two unique accounts and a user needs to cross over between them. Aha! streamlines the process of switching between accounts for users in this situation.
