Ability to Add Notes into a Feature Description

Attachments in a Feature become obsolete when things change

Having a living document or location where something is updated on a regular basis allows for flexibility

This is to allow the Notes from the Product> Notes Section to be added into a feature.

This will allow Notes to be more powerful.

It will allow the notes to be leveraged more for IA, UX, Systems Architecture

Provides the ability to provide summaries on an Initiative in a Notebook from Overview to Functionality to Project Health and completion.

NOTE: An example of this functionality is JIRA and Confluence integration
