The Idea URL should be a hyperlink within the Notebook (web or pdf) Merged

I have been requested from customers to provide a List view of Ideas with misc information including a URL to the idea. I am requesting that the URL into the Notebook is not just text but a hyperlink that would take the customer to the Idea Portal to that Idea.
