Copy Idea's for Templating

Feature template (were you can copy the feature) was on the right track for us. We use Idea's category for the starting point for Initiatives and features internally as well as externally for customers. We want these ideas to all undergo a similar evaluation process and follow a similar structure. Thus we desire the ability to copy templated idea as well. This will ensure that our internal evaluation can follow a check list process.
Selecting the fact that we need it "Yesterday" because the biggest barrier of adoption for us internally is making sure we can map a governance structure to the product. Feel free to follow up with me with any questions

This was done manually by having the custom statuses map to the necessary to-dos
What we would like is to have pre-formatted to-dos for the features. An example being we want to remind all of our product managers that they need to be getting feedback from sponsor users before coding beings. Thus we have a little reminder check box at the bottom to guide the product manager.
