Support workflow filtering on ideas api

It would be nice to get only Idea's whose workflow_status=Implemented.

Thanks for the idea. This is possible by passing in the workflow status parameter as shown here. https://www.aha.io/api/resources/ideas/list_ideas.

I would say preferably have a filter criteria option, where we can pass any field and value to match against.
