Ability to Send Custom Field Notfications to Watchers

We would like the ability to send notification based on the content in the field. Ex:  If the priority is urgent, send a notification to my manager and all watchers. If the request is not urgent, it will be send to all watchers but NOT my manager. - Individual notification settings

    Thank you for the idea. Currently you have the ability to choose whether or not you would like a notification to be sent to watchers by clicking Email watchers after making the change. Another way to notify a specific person of an urgent change is through @ mentioning them in a comment.

    Given these capabilities and other priorities, we are unlikely to implement this idea at this time. We hope you understand.
