Idea bubble chart's Color dimension needs to be fully customizable

We need the ability to control the Idea bubble chart's Color dimension's gradient scale and numeric range/scale, just as we can control all aspects of the other dimensions in that bubble chart.

Currently, the Color dimension applies a seemingly random gradient with a high repetition frequency across the Color number range.  This results in frequent random duplication of colors.

Also, the numeric range of the Color dimension cannot be specified, as it can with the other dimensions.

The result of these limitations is that color is random, and the bubble chart is effectively limited to three-dimensional communication (for any Color data which is not Status, which is the only type which can have explicit color assignment).

We need to be able to:

  1. Specify the numeric range to be covered by the Color dimension.
  2. Select a section of the gradient to be scaled across our specified number range.

The result would be the ability to create Red Amber Green and other similar color communications for our custom data, and make complex decisions about ideas having up to four critical factors.

Caveat: my example is for the Ideas implementation of the bubble chart, because that's where I've been focusing my energy as a new user, and while I suspect this would be useful in other areas of the system, I've not yet explored them.
