Ability to archive ideas
I would like to archive ideas, so that they are not usually visible in the internal Ideas management system, but so that I don't have to delete every idea that gets marked "will not implement", or "already exists". I would prefer to semi-regularly purge the list of ideas in these categories to avoid clutter on the internal side of Ideas management. Since it is for internal reasons, not for the portal, I am submitting a new idea, though I have seen this: https://big.ideas.aha.io/ideas/APP-I-2528

Thank you for the idea. In general, many customers find it helpful to leave ideas in the portal since it will help future portal users who may have a similar idea to see whether or not those ideas have been considered in the past. However, there are a couple options here, both using Bulk edit. First, on a regular basis you could delete ideas all at once by setting filters on the Ideas -> List view, then using Bulk edit. If you would prefer not to actually delete the ideas, you could create an "Archive" product, Bulk edit and move the ideas to that product.
Given these options and other priorities we are not likely to implement this at this time. We hope you understand.
