Ability to Collapse Record Links Section

Some of our features end up with a large number of related items in the record links section, and the card view of the feature ends up looking very cluttered. It would be great to be able to fully collapse the record links section, and in that view show some kind of indicator of how many Record links there are, so that people know to expand the section if they want to view them, but are not overwhelmed by a section that is not always critical to look at.
