Fix Github Integration action buttons / support custom name

currently the github integration supports multiple repositories for a project, however I cannot distinguish between repositories in the action buttons

      You can change the name of each of your integrations by clicking on the title in the integration configuration - see my screenshot below.

      If you hover over the icon next to an integration link you will see the name that you set for the integration.
