Aha! contains pretty confidential information. Although we want to be fully transparent with employees, this information can't go public.
I'd like to have a possibility to create a privacy note and assign different areas (or the whole platform as minimum) to request signing NDA agreement before showing the UI (for example, features board).
I'm using Broadcasts now, but it is not exactly the same - there is no log of consent, no possibility to change "Close" text, etc. In addition, it doesn't show up in Releases/Overview and Features/Board, which are two of the most important areas to cover with NDA.
But it can be extended to meet the requirements of consent.

Thank you for the idea. In this situation we would recommend communicating to any one who will be using Aha! not to share the information with anyone not under NDA, but would also recommend that you handle that communication outside of Aha! For sharing specific details it is also recommended that you use Notebooks (https://support.aha.io/hc/en-us/articles/202001107-Share-your-information-with-others-via-Notebooks) as you can customize the footer to include a confidentiality disclaimer.
With these suggestions in mind and due to other priorities and feedback in this area, we are unlikely to implement this idea at this time.
