Zendesk: Private Comments should remain private.

Currently, when an Idea is created from Zendesk, all comments from the Zendesk ticket are added to the idea. This includes private comments in Zendesk that should remain private. At the very least, Private comments from Zendesk should be excluded from idea as it is created, or better yet, created as private comments in the Aha Ideas Portal.

    Just walked our support team through the integration, and they feel that the idea submission process is highly susceptible to human error in tickets with a long history.

    Can we have this feature made available as an option on the Zendesk "App Configuration" section?

    It would let us control this behavior, and give Support the appropriate safety net.

    It also auto emails our Zendesk users (customers) that submitted the original ZD ticket. The email includes the private comments.
