Allow Portal Users to download CSV exports of Ideas

As an Idea Portal User (and not Aha admin) I would like to be able to download a CSV export of Idea list view(s) from either the Idea Portal or through a published Notebook.

    Thank you for the note. As you mentioned, this capability is available for Aha! users but not for portal users. One potential workaround is that you could ask an Aha! user to attach the exportable list of ideas through a published Notebook.

    At this time, we are unlikely to make this available to portal users based on current priorities and historical feedback.
