Format-specific headers/footers for Notebooks
I want to specify in a PDF Notebook that this is a PDF and will not be updated. But, I don't want that message displayed in the Web view - the whole allure of the web notebooks is that they are living documents that can be set to automatically update when changes are made.
Allow me to enter text that will only be shown in a given output format. Header/Footer is what I'm thinking of, but I suppose it could be applied elsewhere.

Thank you for the request. In the future, we do have plans for the ability to copy a notebook. This would allow for a workaround where you could have a PDF notebook and web-based notebook with the different messaging.
However, with the thought that PDFs are static pages, we do not have plans for this specific request.
