Show "Description" in Chart view of Goals and Initiatives in presentations on mouse over

As a product manager I'd like to present a clean view of goals and initiatives using very short titles on a chart and provide more information only when needed via a hover over when the chart is viewed in a presentation- this will allow readers to best understand the nature of the goals and initiatives.
