Include Feature image name as a column choice
Why? When working with wireframes often a particular image gets added, removed or updated.
Who? Product manager keeping track of features with images
How? Allow the ability to add a column which then shows the name of the files attached to the feature. A nice to have would be to make those names clickable.

Thank you for the request. With the goal in mind of keeping track of features with images, we would suggest leveraging the "Watchers" functionality. This allows you to receive email notifications whenever a change occurs (including image uploads) on a record of interest.
This would allow you to specifically watch features of interest.
While we don't currently have plans for reporting capabilities on feature image names, we hope that this could help.
On a somewhat related note, you might consider using our Storage system integrations (Google Drive, Dropbox and Box). This allows you to attach files directly from those services. As you update wireframes or mockups, the updates will also get automatically applied into Aha!
