Add To Dos activity to the HipChat integration

We're going through HC integration and see immense value for cross functional transparency. When reviewing the activities and fields available, we didn't see To Dos as an option. If this is available, the team in that Room could know when a To Do is complete in real time which enhances cross functional transparency in an organization.
