Auto Generate ToDo with new Feature Merged

We often create a ToDo within the feature that has to happen before we go to a meeting with the engineering team.  Currently we manually create that ToDo each time a new feature is created to ensure we keep our Product Marketing team on task.  The ability to create an auto-generated ToDo for each feature would save a lot of time.
